The parents of a British woman who went missing a week ago while working on a US cruise ship are to meet investigators.
Rebecca Coriam, 24, from Chester, was last seen aboard the Disney Wonder last Monday when it was off the coast of Mexico after leaving Los Angeles for a week-long cruise. She failed to report for her scheduled shift the following day.
The ship returned to LA on Sunday. Her parents, Michael and Ann Coriam, have flown there to learn the latest on the inquiry. Police in the Bahamas, where the ship is registered, are heading the probe.
The family said they were told Coriam made a phone call from the ship shortly before she was reported missing. The Foreign Office said it was providing assistance.
